Our Literary Festivals
At our literary festivals, you'll find a book fair with lots of fascinating stalls, including OXIA's own Bookstore, and many other authors, publishers and book-related exhibitors. There's also a full programme of workshops, panel discussions, author-led talks and other sessions, for readers and published or aspiring writers. There'll be plenty of us from OXIA in these sessions, and lots of others too!
In 2025 we ran two of these events, HeadLitFest in Headington and WolvLitFest in Wolvercote. Thank you to everyone that made both of these such great events, and we hope to see you all again at the next one in 2026!
Our 2026 festivals will be:
- Wolvercote on Sunday 26th June (part of the Wolvercote & Wytham Mid-Summer Festival), and
- Wallingford, later in the year – keep your eyes out for updates.

OXIA Bookstore
At many other events, we take the OXIA Bookstore with us. You'll see our stand at craft fairs, Christmas markets, book fairs and similar events. On the bookstore we have books from all of the OXIA authors, and the stall will be staffed by some of us! If your favourite author is running it for that event, you can get your hands on a signed copy of their books, too.
